From the first meeting we were very impressed by what Unicare promised. We were surprised by the degree of care and concern expressed by Unicare, for the whole family situation. It was obvious that the company regarded its provenance of care not just of one individual, but the close family and their needs. Unicare had unhurried patience with conversations relating to my mother and the whole family.
The carer who arrived after the assessment was wonderful! She is a delightful, happy, positive person and a real blessing for the family. She really cares about my mum; provides delicious meals and the house is kept tidy. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Above all, her great sense of humour and fun, is what mummy and we, really appreciate.
