Unicare Complex Care Specialist Team supports children with long term clinical and cognitive needs in the community We are seeking an experienced support staff who is also a driver and owns a vehicle to work in the community with both children.

6+ months experience in healthcare sector in the UK Full UK Driving license- Mandatory
