Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated support worker to work in a supported living residential service with adults with Autism, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities in Surrey and Surbiton. The role involves supporting individuals in various aspects of daily living and implementing behaviour support plans.

Responsibilities:
– Support individuals in their daily routines and activities within a supported living settings
– Implement behaviour support plans and strategies within a supported living settings
– Assist with personal care tasks, including medication administration within a supported living settings
– Engage individuals in educational and recreational activities within a supported living settings
– Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care within a supported living settings
– Maintain accurate records of individual progress and interventions within a supported living settings

Skills:
– Experience working with adult with autism, mental health and learning disability issues within a supported living settings
– Knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles within a supported living settings
– Ability to work effectively with individuals with special education needs within a supported living settings
– Proficient in providing client care and support within a supported living settings
– Competent in medication administration procedures within a supported living settings
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ÂŁ13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
